Vivo unveils its first experience centre in India; offers product demo, sales and service under one roof

Vivo has inaugurated its first exclusive experience centre at Ambience mall in Gurugram, Haryana. The experience centre was inaugurated by Haryana’s home minister Anil Vij. The flagship store at the heart of the financial and technology hub offers product experience, sales, and services under one roof.

This initiative is aligned with the company’s aim of providing a premium shopping experience to Indian consumers. The exclusive store will offer a best-in-class premium consumer experience with live demos of Vivo smartphones and a separate space for accessories and IoT devices.

Moreover, as part of its inaugural offer, Vivo is giving away a Vivo TWS 2e to the first 10 X-Series consumers, a One wireless sport lite to the first 20 V Series customers, and assured freebies to the first 45 Series-T and Y Series customers.

Yogendra Sriramula, Head of Brand Strategy of Vivo India, stated at the inauguration, “The conventional retail channel has always been an integral part of our go-to-market strategy, and we intend to continue investing in it. By the end of this year, we aim to have more than 650 Vivo exclusive stores around the country.”

He further stated, “With the opening of this experience centre, we aim to provide a unique customer experience in the retail arena. Enabling customers to try out the entire line-up of Vivo devices and accessories.”
