In February, Vivo had launched the Vivo V15 Pro smartphone in India. It had arrived with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Today, the Chinese manufacturer has introduced a new variant of the phone with 8GB of RAM. The new model comes with the same amount of internal storage. At the same time, the company has also launched a new colour edition of the V15.
Vivo V15 Pro 8GB RAM variant
The newly introduced 8GB RAM + 128GB storage edition of the Vivo V15 Pro has arrived with a price tag of Rs 29,990. The existing 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant of the V15 Pro continues to sell with its usual price tag of Rs. 28,990. Both models are available in Topaz Blue and Ruby Red colors.
The Vivo V15 Pro features a 6.39-inch S-AMOLED display with in-screen fingerprint reader. The full screen display sports full HD+ resolution. The Snapdragon 675 mobile platform powers the smartphone. It includes a 3,700mAh battery that supports dual-engine fast charging through microUSB 2.0.
The smartphone is equipped with a 32-megapixel pop-up selfie snapper. The rear shell of the phone has 48-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 5-megapixel triple camera setup. It runs Android 9 Pie that is skinned with FunTouch OS 9.
The Vivo V15 that was unveiled in March has been selling in a Frozen Black colour since launch. Beginning from today, the handset will be also available in an Aqua Blue hue. The smartphone carries a price tag of Rs 21,990. It comes in a single variant featuring 6GB of RAM and an inbuilt storage of 64GB.
The Vivo V15 is a toned-down edition of the V15 Pro smartphone. It houses a larger 6.53-inch IPS LCD display that offers full HD+ resolution. The MediaTek Helio P70 SoC powers the smartphone. Its backed by a larger battery of 4,000mAh which also carries support dual-engine fast charging through microUSB 2.0.
The V15 handset features the same 32-megapixel selfie snapper as the V15 Pro. The rear side of the phone is fitted with a 12-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 5-megapixel triple camera setup. It is equipped with a rear-mounted fingerprint reader. It also runs FunTouch OS 9 based on Android 9 Pie.
