Vivo V20 Pro 5G is launching in India by November-end

Vivo India announced the Vivo V20 (unboxing) smartphone in India last week. During the announcement, the company also confirmed that it will soon launch the Snapdragon 665-powered Vivo V20 SE mid-ranger in India. Now, the company has announced that the Vivo V20 Pro 5G will also be landing here next month.

The Vivo V20 Pro 5G has already gone official in some markets like Thailand. It is a rebadged edition of the Vivo S7 5G that was announced in August.

Vivo V20 Pro 5G launch date in India

In the tweet below, a user can be seen requesting Chen to launch the Vivo V20 Pro 5G in India. In a reply, Chen responded that the phone will be launched by the end of November. Vivo India should confirm the exact launch date of V20 Pro 5G in the coming weeks.

Vivo V20 Pro 5G specifications and features

The Vivo V20 Pro 5G is fitted with a 6.44-inch S-AMOLED display that has a larger notch dual front-facing camera. The 60Hz display offers full HD+ resolution. The screen is integrated with a fingerprint sensor. The phone runs Android 10 overlaid with FunTouch OS 10.

The V20 Pro’s display notch houses a 44-megapixel main selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens. The rear panel is home to a 64-megapixel primary camera with f/1.89 aperture. It is accompanied by a 2-megapixel mono lens and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens that can also be used for snapping bokeh and macro shots.

The Vivo V20 Pro 5G is driven by Snapdragon 765G and 8GB of LPPDR4x RAM. The phone has 128GB of UFS 2.1 storage, but lacks a microSD card slot. The device is backed by a 4,000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging through USB-C.
