Vivo V20 SE launching in India on November 2nd, pre-booking offers revealed

Earlier this month, Vivo launched the V20 in India. At the virtual launch event, the brand had announced the Vivo V20 SE but without pricing and availability details. Now, 91mobiles has learnt from industry sources that the Vivo V20 SE will launch in the country on November 2nd.

For those unaware, the Vivo V20 series includes standard, Pro and SE variants in Thailand and Malyasia. According to past reports, the V20 Pro 5G is tipped to launch in India by November-end.

Vivo V20 SE pre-booking offers

Apart from the launch date, 91mobiles has obtained a promotional image of the V20 SE that reveals pre-booking offers. ICICI, Kotak Bank, Bank of Baroda and other customers can avail 10 percent cashback on the purchase of the smartphone. There is also a one-time screen replacement offer, as well as Jio and Vodafone Idea benefits worth up to Rs 10,000 and bonus data. 

Vivo V20 SE specifications and pricing

The Vivo V20 SE is confirmed to feature a waterdrop notch housing a 32MP selfie camera. The Indian variant is expected to retain the same specifications as its Malaysian counterpart. The smartphone comes with an FHD+ AMOLED display measuring 6.44-inches. It is confirmed to arrive in Gravity Black and Aquamarine Green colours. 

The Vivo V20 SE sports triple-cameras in a rectangular module with the setup consisting of a 48MP main sensor, 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP bokeh unit. 

The Vivo V20 SE is powered by a Snapdragon 665 processor paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage. There is a dedicated microSD card slot for storage expansion. The smartphone is backed by a 4,100mAh battery unit with 33W fast charging support. The Vivo V20 SE features an in-screen fingerprint scanner and comes with dual-SIM support, 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.0, USB-C port and a 3.5mm jack. 

The Vivo V20 SE costs RMB 1,199 (~Rs 13,000) in Malaysia. We expect the device to carry a similar price tag in India.
