A few days ago, Vivo had launched its V20 series in Thailand. It included a standard model and a Pro 5G variant. The smartphone maker has now added a new device to the lineup called Vivo V20 SE. The device been launched in Malaysia.

The Vivo V20 SE is quite different from the V20 and V20 Pro 5G and comes with toned-down specifications. Some key features of the smartphone include 33W fast charging, a Snapdragon 665 SoC and a 32MP selfie camera. Let’s find out what the Vivo V20 offers out of the box.
Vivo V20 SE specifications and features
The Vivo V20 SE sports a 6.44-inch AMOLED screen with a waterdrop notch. The display bears FHD+ resolution and supports HDR10. The smartphone is shielded by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and is also equipped with an in-screen fingerprint scanner. Design-wise, the Vivo V20 SE features a gradient back panel housing a rectangular camera module at the top left corner.
The quad-camera setup on the Vivo V20 SE consists of a 48MP main shooter, an 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP bokeh sensor. Up front, the smartphone is fitted with a 32MP snapper for selfies. The Vivo V20 SE supports up to 4K video recording at 30fps.
On the hardware front, the Vivo V20 SE is equipped with a Snapdragon 665 processor. It is coupled with 8GB RAM and the device offers 128GB internal storage with a dedicated microSD card slot for expansion. The smartphone draws its power from a 4,100mAh battery unit with support for 33W fast charging. Software-wise, the Vivo V20 SE runs on Android 10 with FunTouch 11 layered on the top.
Connectivity options on the V20 SE include dual-SIM support, 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi, USB-C port and a 3.5mm jack.
Vivo V20 SE pricing and availability
The Vivo V20 SE is priced at RMB 1,199 (~Rs 13,000). It can be availed in Oxygen Blue and Gravity Black colours in Malaysia. The smartphone’s availability in other countries is not known yet.
