Vivo V23 Pro is tipped to debut in India next month. The brand is expected to launch the smartphone in the first week, probably on January 4th. Publication 91Mobiles has learnt the information from industry sources.

Previously, it was reported that the Vivo V23 and V23 5G will debut this month in the country. The Vivo V23 series will arrive as the successor to the Vivo V21 that was launched earlier this year. It is expected to pack upgrades over its predecessor.

91Mobiles reports that Vivo will first launch the Pro variant of the V23. The standard Vivo V23 may be announced at a later date. The Pro variant is said to come with a 64MP primary camera sensor. The V23e and V23 Pro were spotted on the IMEI database a few months ago. However, the key specifications of the Vivo V23 and V23 Pro remain unknown at the moment. We can expect more information regarding the two smartphones to crop up in the coming days. 

The Vivo V23 5G is expected to come with a 6.44-inch AMOLED display bearing an FHD+ resolution. It will reportedly be powered by a Dimensity 810 SoC and run on FunTouch OS 12 based Android 11. 

Vivo V21 5G specifications and features

The Vivo V21 5G offers a 6.44-inch AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and an integrated fingerprint scanner. It is equipped with a Dimensity 800U processor coupled with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. The device draws its power from a 4,000mAh battery unit with support for 33W fast charging. The Vivo V21 5G sports a triple rear camera setup of 64MP main sensor, 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP depth unit. On the front, it has a 44MP selfie snapper.
