Vivo V23e India launch timeframe and pricing have been tipped. On January 5th, 2021, Vivo will be announcing the Vivo V23 and Vivo V23 Pro. However, it seems that the V23e will not be launching with the V23 duo, but it will arrive at a later date. As the name suggests, the V23e will be succeeding the Vivo V21e, which debuted earlier this year in India.

Last month, Vivo unveiled the 4G edition of the Vivo V23e in Vietnam, and its 5G variant was announced in Thailand. It is unclear whether the company will be launching both or only the 5G variant of the device in India. Like other V23 models, the handset is expected to offer a top-notch selfie photography experience.

91mobiles has learnt through industry sources that the Vivo V23e will be launching in February in India. As far as the pricing is concerned, it is likely to cost between Rs 25,000 and Rs 30,000.

The Vivo V23e 5G has a 6.44-inch AMOLED display that offers an FHD+ resolution and an in-screen fingerprint scanner. It has a 44-megapixel front camera with an eye-autofocus feature. Its rear camera setup includes a 50-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro lens.

It is powered by the Dimensity 810 chipset, 8GB of RAM, and a 4,100mAh battery that supports 44W fast charging. It runs on Android 11 OS with FunTouchOS UI and comes with 128GB of built-in storage.

On the other hand, the Vivo V23e 4G has a 50-megapixel selfie camera, a 64-megapixel (main) + 8-megapixel (ultrawide) + 2-megapixel (macro) triple rear camera unit. It is driven by the Helio G96 chipset and a slightly smaller 4,050mAh battery. The rest of its specs are identical to its 5G sibling.
