Vivo V25 clears Indonesia Telecom certification, Vivo Y02s spotted on Geekbench ahead of launch

Vivo Y02s has been spotted on benchmarking platform Geekbench with model number V2203. Recently, the device appeared in leaked renders. It is expected to arrive as the successor to the Vivo Y01 and launch at the end of this month.

The Geekbench listing reveals key specifications of the Vivo Y02s. On the other hand, the Vivo V25 with model number V2202 has also passed the Indonesia Telecom certification website. 

Vivo Y02s appears on Geekbench, V25 passes Indonesia Telecom certification

The Vivo Y02s is listed with model number V2203. The smartphone is said to be powered by an ARM MT6765V chipset clocked at 2.30GHz. It corresponds to MediaTek Helio P35 SoC. The device will pack 3GB RAM and run on Android 12 OS out of the box. The smartphone scores 166 and 905 points in single-core and multi-core tests respectively. Apart from this, the Geekbench listing doesn’t reveal any additional details of the Vivo Y02s.

As per leaked renders, the Vivo Y02s has a waterdrop notch display and a compact form factor. The back panel has a rectangular camera module housing a single sensor and a LED flash. The device does not seem to feature a fingerprint scanner. The upcoming offering will reportedly be available in Favorite Black and Vibrant Blue colours. 

Other expected specifications of the Vivo Y02s include a 6.51-inch HD+ display, 32GB onboard storage, 5MP front and 8MP rear camera, and a 5,000mAh battery.

As for the Vivo V25, the smartphone is listed on Indonesia Telecom certification site with model number V2202. It is tipped to arrive as the successor to the Vivo V23. The listing doesn’t reveal any key specifications of the device. In India, the Vivo V25 is reported to launch on August 17th or 18th.
