Vivo V25 5G has launched in India today. It is the second V25 series device after the V25 Pro variant that debuted last month. The latest offering arrives as the successor to the last year’s Vivo V23.
The Vivo V25 is a mid-range smartphone and falls under the sub-Rs 30,000 price bracket. It competes against the likes of the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G, Realme 9 Pro+, OPPO Reno

The Vivo V25 comes with a 6.44-inch AMOLED display bearing an FHD+ resolution and a waterdrop notch. It offers a 90Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and an integrated fingerprint scanner. Design-wise, the smartphone features a colour-changing Fluorite AG Glass back panel similar to the Pro model.
On the imaging front, the Vivo V25 sports a square camera module on the rear. It houses a 64MP main sensor with OIS support paired with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP macro unit. There is a 50MP front-facing selfie snapper with the Eye Autofocus feature.
Under the hood, the Vivo V25 is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 900 processor. It packs up to 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. The device also comes with 8GB extendable RAM support. The smartphone is powered by a 4,500mAh battery unit with support for 44W fast charging. It runs on Android 12-based Funtouch OS 12.
Connectivity-wise, the Vivo V25 comes with 5G, WiFi-6, USB-C port, 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth, and GPS.

The Vivo V25 starts at Rs 27,999 for the base 8GBG + 128GB variant whereas the 12GB + 128GB option costs Rs 31,999. The smartphone is offered in Elegant Black and Surfing Blue colours. It will be up for pre-booking on Flipkart from 3pm today. ICICI, SBI, and HDFC Bank cardholders can avail flat Rs 2,500 instant discount on the purchase of the Vivo V25.
