Vivo V29 series launch date has emerged on Vivo India’s website. Last month, the brand announced the Vivo V29e 5G in the country, and it now gearing up to launch the Vivo V29 and Vivo V29 Pro. The Vivo V29 series’ landing page is now available on Vivo India’s website. It not only confirms the key specifications of the series but also reveals its launch date.
The specifications of the V29 series are no secret, as recent reports have already revealed a lot of information about them. The Vivo V29, featuring the Snapdragon 778G chip, has already launched in the global market. On the other hand, the V29 Pro is said to be a rebadged version of the Dimensity 8200-powered Vivo S17 Pro, available exclusively in the Chinese market. Here is a look at the key features of the V29 series that have been confirmed through its landing page.

The Vivo V29 series landing page confirms it will come in three shades, such as Himalayan Blue, Majestic Red, and Space Black. Only the Majestic Red variant will have a colour-changing glass back like the Vivo V29e. It will measure 7.46mm in thickness and weigh 186 grams. A recent report claimed that the Vivo V29 Pro will come in two shades, whereas the V29 will be offered in three colours.
The Vivo V29 series will be equipped with Smart Aura Light ring-LED flash, which can be adjusted between a warm 1800K and a cool 4500K. Like the V29e, the V29 and V29 Pro will also offer an India-exclusive photography feature dubbed Wedding Style Portrait. For perfect portrait shots, the Vivo V29 Pro will come equipped with a Sony IMX663 portrait camera with 2x zoom.
A banner for the Vivo V29 series has also appeared on the Flipkart app. Hence, it appears that the landing page will also surface soon on the retailer site.

Coming to the launch date, clicking on the “Know More” button available on the landing page reveals a “Stay tuned till we meet on October 4” message. This indicates that the Vivo V29 and V29 Pro will be announced on October 4th in the country. Rumours are rife that the Vivo V29 will be priced between Rs 30,000 and Rs 35,000, whereas the V29 Pro will cost between Rs 35,000 and Rs 40,000.
