Vivo X23 Symphony Edition With Snapdragon 660 And 6GB RAM Launched In China

Chinese smartphone manufacturer Vivo has announced a new variant of Vivo X23 in its home country. The device has been available in various variants and the latest one dubbed as the Symphony Edition. It features less RAM, improved camera and a slightly larger battery.

Technical Specifications:

Design-wise, the X23 Symphony Edition flaunts a glass back panel with holographic illusion effect that creates a 3D depth effect. It is available in two colours i.e. Arctic Morning and Starry Night Ocean. The handset features a 6.41-inch Super AMOLED FHD+ display with a waterdrop notch. There is an in-display fingerprint scanner for unlocking the device.

On the camera front, the smartphone comes with a dual rear camera setup comprising of a 12MP primary and 13MP secondary sensor. Upfront, there is a 25MP shooter for selfies. For additional security, the device also features face unlock through the front camera.

As for the internals, the X23 Symphony Edition is equipped with a Snapdragon 660 octa-core processor backed by AI features. It packs 6GB RAM along with 128GB internal memory with a microSD card slot for more storage.

The X23 Symphony Edition is backed by a 3,400mAh battery unit that supports 18W fast charging technology. The device runs on FunTouch OS based on Android 8.1 Oreo.

Pricing & Availability:

The X23 Symphony Edition bears a price tag of 2,798 Yuan which is roughly Rs 29,000. The smartphone is currently up for pre-orders on company’s website and will start shipping from November 23rd in China. Availability in other countries is not known at present.
