Vivo X30 with Samsung Exynos 980 SoC Might be Announced on November 7

Vivo is soon going to launch the Vivo X30 and the Vivo X30 Pro smartphones in China. Both these smartphones are reported to be 5G-compatible. As a matter of fact, Vivo has some pretty ambitious plans of launching up to 5 5G smartphones by the end of 2020 and, as it turns out, the Vivo X30 could very well be announced on November 7.

Vivo is holding a media conference in Beijing, China on November 7. The theme of the conference is essentially based on 5G wherein the company will unveil Samsung‘s dual-mode 5G AI chipset. Adding that to the earlier reports, we can very well make out that we could be getting to see the Exynos 980 SoC announcement for the upcoming Vivo 5G devices.

Furthermore, it is being rumored that the Vivo X30 might also be announced on the same day.

As far as the specifications of the Vivo X30 are concerned, our source has provided us with the alleged specifications of the device. As per the source, the Vivo X30 might feature a 6.5-inch AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, a quad rear camera (64MP + 8MP + 13MP + 2MP) and a 32MP front camera.

Moving on to the battery of the device, we can expect the Vivo X30 to sport a big 4500mAh battery with 22.5W or 33W fast charging.

There could be two storage variants of the Vivo X30 – 128GB and 256GB. The device will feature UFS 2.1 storage.
