Vivo’s upcoming smartphones – Vivo X80, X80 Pro, X Fold, and iQOO Neo 6 – have appeared with preliminary specifications in the database of China’s TENAA certification site. Rumours have it that these devices, along with the Vivo X Note, will be launching in April in China.
The TENAA listings of the above-mentioned devices, which were first spotted by reliable tipster Mukul Sharma, have revealed their dimensions, display size, OS version, and battery size. Some of these devices have also been spotted at the 3C certification site in China, through which their expected charging capabilities have been revealed.
Vivo X80, X80 Pro key specifications (rumoured)
It appears that Vivo phones with model numbers V2183A and V2186A may debut in the Chinese market as the Vivo X80 and X80 Pro, respectively. The V2183A measures 164.95 x 75.23 x 8.3mm and houses a 6.78-inch display. It has a 2,190mAh dual-cell battery. Tipster Sharma has claimed that it features a 4,500mAh battery (combined capacity) that supports 80W fast charging.
The V2186A has 164.57 x 75.30 x 9.1 mm dimensions, and it is fitted with a 6.78-inch screen. The device is packed with a 2,290mAh dual-cell battery. According to Sharma, it has a 4,700mAh battery (combined capacity) with 80W rapid charging and 50W wireless charging support. Both models have an OLED panel and run on Android OS 12.
Vivo X Fold key specifications (rumoured)
Speculations are rife that the Vivo V2178A will debut as Vivo’s first foldable phone, called the Vivo X Fold. The TENAA listing of the V2178A has revealed that it measures 162.01 x 144.87 x 6.28 mm, features a 6.53-inch cover display, and runs Android 12 OS. While TENAA states that it has a 2,255mAh / 2,255mAh battery, Sharma has revealed that it packs a 4,600mAh dual-cell battery, which may carry support for 80W fast charging and 50W wireless charging. However, the 3C certification of the device may support 120W fast charging.
iQOO Neo 6 specifications (rumoured)
The TENAA certified Vivo V2196A may launch as the iQOO Neo 6. It has dimensions of 163 x 76.16 x 8.5 mm, a 6.62-inch OLED screen, and runs Android 12. Sharma has claimed that it has a 4,700mAh battery. The 3C certification of the V2196A has revealed that it may support 80W rapid charging.
Recently, tipster Digital Station claimed that Vivo would be launching the Vivo X Fold, Vivo X Note, and Vivo Pad tablet in the first half of April in China. The iQOO Neo 6 is also expected to make its debut in the domestic market around the same time. The Vivo X80 lineup may go official later in the month of April in China. It is speculated that the X Fold, X Note, X80 Pro, and Neo 6 will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 flagship chipset. While the Vivo Pad may feature the Snapdragon 870, the vanilla X80 may arrive with the Dimensity 9000 SoC.
