Vivo X90 series is expected to launch in the coming months. The lineup will comprise a regular and Pro model and both will arrive as the successors to the X80 series that debuted earlier this year.
Now key specifications of the Vivo X80 have surfaced online. The information has been shared by reliable tipster Digital Chat Station with the publication TechGoing.
Vivo X90 key specifications leaked
The regular Vivo X90 is said to come with an upgraded display, processor, and fast charging capabilities. As per DCS, the smartphone will feature a 1.5K screen resolution. It will retain the same AMOLED display panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and an integrated fingerprint scanner. The tipster adds that the upcoming Vivo X90 will come with better dust and water resistance compared to its predecessor. However, it won’t carry IP68 certification.
Under the hood, the Vivo X90 will reportedly be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 9200 processor that is expected to be announced next month. It will arrive as the successor to the Dimensity 9000 that is powered by the X80 series. The upcoming smartphone is also tipped to be backed by a 4,700mAh battery unit with support for 120W fast charging.
Past reports also suggest that the Vivo X90 series may also arrive with a new 1-inch main camera sensor. The regular X90 is also speculated to feature an IMX8-series primary camera.
