Vivo Y100 will be launched soon in India. A report by 91mobiles has revealed the price range of the device along with its key specifications. Earlier this month, the Y100 (with model number V2239) was spotted at the BIS certification platform in India. In addition, it has also surfaced in the databases of Geekbench and Google Play Console.

Reports have revealed that the Vivo Y100 will be a lightweight 5G-ready phone. In addition, it will have a colour-changing back, which the company has only offered on its V-branded smartphones, such as the Vivo V23 Pro and V25 Pro.

According to the publication, the Vivo Y100 will be priced at around Rs 27,000. However, there is a possibility that it will be priced slightly lower than what has been leaked.

Vivo is likely to unveil the Vivo Y100 in February in India. It is speculated that another midrange phone named the Vivo Y56 will also debut alongside it.

The Vivo Y1100 will be equipped with an AMOLED panel that offers a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a 440 ppi pixel density. Unfortunately, there is no word on the exact size of the display. The image of the device that surfaced in Google Play Console revealed that the screen would have a teardrop notch.

As per the Geekbench listing of the Y100, it will arrive with the Dimensity 900 chipset and 8GB of RAM. The new report claims that there will be a 6GB RAM variant as well. The handset will offer 128GB of internal storage and a microSD card slot for additional storage.

The back panel of the Y100 will feature an OIS-enabled 64-megapixel main camera. At present, there is no information on the auxiliary cameras, front camera, battery, or charging capabilities.
