Vivo has expanded its range of Y series smartphones by launching the Vivo Y11 and Y19 in the Vietnamese market. The Vivo Y11 has arrived as a refreshed version of the device that was launched in 2015 with the same moniker. It is a budget offering with dual primary cameras at the rear and a waterdrop notch above the screen. As for the Vivo Y19, it is the higher-end version of the same featuring a triple camera at the rear and fast charging support. The company has revealed the complete specs, pricing, and availability of the Y11, but it has only announced a few key specs of the Y19.
Vivo Y11 and Y19 specifications and features
Talking about the Vivo Y11 first, the budget offering comes with a fingerprint sensor that’s placed at the rear. The phone has a 6.35-inch LCD display bearing a resolution of 720 x 1,544 pixels, and boots Funtouch OS 9.1 that’s based on Android 9.0 Pie. Under the hood, the handset has Qualcomm’s octa-core Snapdragon 439 processor, which is accompanied by 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage.
In the camera department, the Vivo Y11 offers a 13MP primary camera, which is accompanied by a 2MP sensor. For selfies and video-calling, the device has an 8MP shooter. The connectivity features include 4G LTE, dual-SIM slots, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, a micro-USB port, and A-GPS. A beefy 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging support complete the list of the specifications of the smartphone.
Vivo Y19 Specifications and features
As for the Vivo Y19, the handset has a slightly bigger 6.53-inch full HD+ display and a V-shaped notch above the screen. This one also comes with a 5,000mAh battery, but it supports 18W fast charging support. The device features 6GB of RAM and 128GB of expandable storage. The company hasn’t revealed the phone’s camera specs or the processor make at the moment.
Vivo Y11 and Y19 price
The Vivo Y11 has been priced at VND 2,990,000 (~Rs 9,200), and will be available in Vietnam from October 22nd. As for the Vivo Y19, the phone will go on sale in November.
