The Vivo Y12 is identical to Vivo Y15 in most aspects. In the front, the Y12 features a 6.35-inch Halo FullView display bearing HD+ resolution. It features a waterdrop notch on the top and offers an 89 percent screen-to-body ratio. The back panel houses a conventional fingerprint scanner for security purposes. The device can be availed in two gradient colour options – Aqua Blue and Burgundy Red.
As for the internals, the Vivo Y12 is equipped with an octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 chipset. It is available with 4GB RAM + 32GB storage. The storage can be expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card slot. The Vivo Y12 is fitted with a huge 5,000mAh battery unit. Software-wise, it runs on Android 9 Pie with Funtouch OS skinned on top.
The Vivo Y12 sports the same triple rear camera setup as seen on the Y15. It consists of a 13MP primary sensor, 8MP ultra-wide angle lens, and a 2MP depth sensor.
