Earlier this month, the Vivo S7 5G selfie-focused smartphone debuted in China. Now, Vivo has quietly unveiled the Vivo Y1s smartphone in Cambodia.

Vivo Y1s specifications and features
The Vivo Y1s has a 6.22-inch Halo FullView display with a waterdrop notch. It features HD+ resolution of 720 x 1,520 pixels. The device is driven by the Helio P35 chipset. It comes in a single version featuring 2GB of RAM and 32GB of native storage. A dedicated microSD card slot is available onboard for expanding the storage.
The phone runs Android 10 with the latest FunTouch OS 10.5 on top. It is fuelled by a 4,030mAh battery. It has a 5-megapixel front camera with f/1.8 aperture, and a 13-megapixel rear camera.
The Vivo Y1s lacks a fingerprint reader, but supports face unlock. The usual connectivity options like dual SIM slot, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, microUSB, and 3.5mm audio jack are available on the Vivo Y1s.
Vivo Y1s pricing and availability
The Vivo Y1s has debuted in Cambodia with a price tag of $109 (~Rs 8,200). Buyers can choose from two colour variants such as Aurora Blue and Olive Black. There is no news on the phone’s availability outside of Cambodia.
