The Vivo Y20A shares the same design language and specifications as the Vivo Y20 and Y20i including battery, display and camera setup. However, it is powered by a downgraded processor compared to the previous models. Let’s find out what the device offers out of the box.
Vivo Y20A specifications and features
The Vivo Y20A features a 6.51-inch Halo iView display bearing an HD+ resolution and a waterdrop notch. The power button doubles up as a fingerprint scanner. The latest offering retains the same gradient back panel with a rectangular camera module.
The Vivo Y20A’s triple camera setup comprises a 13MP main shooter, 2MP bokeh lens and a 2MP macro sensor. The device comes with an 8MP front-facing camera which is the same as the Y20 and Y20i.
Internally, the Vivo Y20A is equipped with a Snapdragon 439 chipset instead of a Snapdragon 460 SoC that powers the previous two models. The device packs 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage that is expandable via microSD card slot.
The Vivo Y20A runs on a 5,000mAh battery unit with support for 10W charging. Software-wise, it ships with pre-loaded FunTouch OS 11 based on Android 10. Connectivity options on the device include Bluetooth 4.2, microUSB, Wi-Fi and GPS.

The Vivo Y20A is priced at Rs 11,490 and offered in Nebula Blue and Dawn White colours. The smartphone will be available for purchase across mainline partner stores, Vivo India e-store and major e-commerce platforms from January 2nd, 2021.
