The Vivo Y20s G smartphone has silently launched in the Philippines. Except for featuring a different chipset, it is packed with the same specs that were found on the Vivo Y20s, which debuted back in October 2020.

The Vivo Y20s G has a tall aspect ratio screen which features a waterdrop notch. The vertical camera module found on the rear panel of the phone features a 13-megapixel triple camera unit. Vivo Y20s G specifications and features

The Vivo Y20s G has a 6.51-inch IPS LCD screen that produces HD+ resolution of 720 x 1,600 pixels and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone runs FunTouch OS 11, but it is unclear whether it is based on Android 10 or Android 11. For security, the device features a side-facing fingerprint scanner.

The MediaTek Helio G80 chipset is present at the helm of the Vivo Y20s G. The handset ships with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. A dedicated microSD card slot is available onboard for storage expansion.

The display notch of the Vivo Y20s G has an 8-megapixel selfie camera. The rear-mounted camera module of the device has a 13-megapixel primary snapper, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro camera.

The Vivo Y20s G is priced at PHP 9,999 (~Rs 15,400) in the Philippines and it comes in colour options like Obsidian Black and Purist Blue. There is no word on whether Vivo will be launching the Y20s G in India.
