Vivo Y21 (2021) spotted on Geekbench, moniker confirmed alongside Vivo X70 Pro via Indonesia Telecom certification

The Vivo Y21 (2021) and Vivo X70 Pro have been spotted on the Indonesia Telecom certification website. The listing confirms the names of both devices, and also indicates their model numbers.  While the Y21 (2021) has the model number V2111, the X70 Pro has the model number V2105. The Indonesia Telecom listing doesn’t reveal any further details about both devices.

Separately, the Vivo Y21 (2021) has been spotted on the Geekbench benchmarking platform with the same V2111 model number. The Geekbench listing reveals some key features of the device, which is expected to debut as the successor to last year’s Vivo Y20.

The Vivo Y21 (2021) Geekbench listing reveals that the smartphone will be powered by an ARM MT67765V/CB processor that corresponds to the MediaTek Helio P35 SoC clocked at 2.30GHz. It will pack 4GB RAM and run Android 11 out of the box. The device scores 172 points in single-core tests and 943 points in multi-core tests. 

Apart from this, the Geekbench listing doesn’t reveal any key specifications of the Vivo Y21. Meanwhile, the Vivo X70 Pro is expected to arrive as the successor to the Vivo X60 Pro that had debuted last December in China.

We expect more details to surface about the Vivo Y21 and X70 Pro in the coming weeks.
