Vivo Y22s has launched in the Vietnam market. It is the latest mid-range smartphone in the brand’s Y-series. Recently, we had exclusively shared the retail box and live image of the Y22s.

Vivo Y22s specifications and features 

The Vivo Y22s comes with a 6.55-inch LCD display bearing an HD+ resolution and a waterdrop notch. It offers a 90Hz refresh rate and 530 nits peak brightness. The back panel of the smartphone has a squarish camera module. The power button doubles up as a fingerprint scanner. 

On the imaging front, the Vivo Y22s features a dual rear camera setup comprising a 50MP mains sensor paired with a 2MP macro lens. There is an 8MP front-facing selfie snapper. 

Internally, the Vivo Y22s is equipped with a Snapdragon 680 processor. It is coupled with 8GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage expandable via a dedicated microSD card slot. The smartphone draws its power from a 5,000mAh battery unit with support for 18W fast charging. Software-wise, the Vivo Y22s runs on Android 12-based Funtouch OS 12 out of the box. 

Connectivity options on the Vivo Y22s include 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.1, a USB-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. 

Vivo Y22s pricing and availability

The Vivo Y22s carries a price tag of VND 59,90,000 (~Rs 20,500). It is offered in Starlight Blue and Summer Cyan colours. The smartphone can be purchased from Lazada and Shopee in Vietnam.
