Vivo Y32 has been launched in China. The device was spotted on the TENAA certification website earlier this month. The latest offering from the brand is a mid-range smartphone.

The Vivo Y32 follows the Vivo Y31 and Y31s that had debuted earlier in January this year. The Y32 is the first smartphone in the world to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 680 SoC that was announced in October. Read on to know what the Vivo Y32 has in store for us.

The Vivo Y32 packs a big battery with 18W fast charging

The Vivo Y32 offers a 6.51-inch LCD screen with a waterdrop notch. The display offers an HD+ resolution, a 60Hz refresh rate, and an 89 percent screen-to-body ratio. Design-wise, the smartphone comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner embedded in the power button. The device flaunts a gradient back panel and it houses a rectangular camera module. 

Internally, the Vivo Y32 is equipped with a Snapdragon 680 processor. The device packs 8GB RAM and offers 128GB native storage expandable up to 1TB via a microSD card slot. There is also 4GB virtual RAM technology. The smartphone draws its power from a 5,000mAh battery unit with support for 18W fast charging. Software-wise, it runs on OriginOS based on Android 11 out of the box. 

On the imaging front, the Vivo Y32 features dual rear cameras comprising of 13MP and 2MP sensors. There is an 8MP front-facing camera for selfies, video calling and face unlock. Connectivity options on the smartphone include a USB-C port, 3.5mm headphone jack, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, and GPS.

The Vivo Y32 is priced at RMB 1,399 (~Rs 16,608) and is offered in Harumi Blue and Foggy Night colours. The smartphone is available for purchase in China whereas its global availability remains unknown at the moment.
