Vivo Y52s (t1 Edition) has quietly launched in China. It is a new variant of the Vivo Y52s smartphone that had launched in December last year. The latest offering retains the same specifications and features of the standard variant except for the processor.

The Vivo Y52s (t1 Edition) is powered by a 5G compatible Snapdragon 4xx chipset. Key highlights of the smartphone include a high refresh rate, Android 11 and a large battery. Read on to know more about the latest offering.

The Vivo Y52s comes with a 6.58-inch FHD+ display with a waterdrop notch and a 90Hz refresh rate. It offers DCI-P3 colour gamut and HDR10 support. The smartphone sports a gradient back panel housing a square camera module. It features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner embedded in the power button. 

The Vivo Y52s (t1 Edition) is equipped with a 48MP primary camera paired with a 2MP depth sensor. The device features an 8MP front-facing snapper for selfies. 

The Vivo Y52s (t1 Edition) is powered by a Snapdragon 480 processor instead of Dimensity 720 that is found on the standard variant. The latest offering packs 8GB RAM and offers 256GB native storage. The smartphone is fuelled by a 5,000mAh battery unit with support for 18W fast charging. 

In terms of connectivity, the Vivo Y52s (t1 Edition) offers 5G, dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, USB-C port and 3.5mm jack.

The Vivo Y52s (t1 Edition) costs RMB 1,999 (~Rs 22,290). It is offered in Titanium Grey, Coral Sea, and Monet colours. The smartphone is available for purchase from in China.
