Vivo Y71 is Official with Rs. 10,990 Pricing, 18:9 Display, Face Unlock, Android Oreo

In the last month, Vivo had launched the Vivo V9 upper mid-range smartphone. The Chinese manufacture has now launched the Vivo Y71 budget phone with an affordable price tag of Rs. 10,990. The major highlights of the Y71 smartphone is that it is equipped with an 18:9 aspect ratio display that offers a huge screen space and it is running on the latest Android 8.0 Oreo OS.

Vivo Y71 Specifications and Features

The Vivo Y71 has a metallic body and it houses a 5.99-inch HD+ FullView display that produces HD+ resolution of 720 x 1440 pixels and an aspect ratio of 18:9. The Snapdragon 450 chipset that powers the Xiaomi Redmi 5 and the discontinued Vivo V7+ is present under the hood of the Y71. The SoC is coupled with 3 GB of RAM. The handset offers an inbuilt storage of 16 GB and it also features a microSD card slot for more storage. It comes preloaded with Android 8.0 Oreo OS that is flavored with Vivo’s FunTouch UI.

The back panel of the Vivo Y71 has a 13-megapixel rear camera that is accompanied by an LED flash. For shooting selfies, it is fitted with a 5-megapixel front camera. Apart from snapping enhanced selfies, it can be also used for face recognition. The handset does not feature a fingerprint scanner.

The Vivo Y71 is backed by a 3,360mAh battery, but it lacks support for fast charging. It is equipped with other features like dual-SIM support, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS.

The Vivo Y71 carries a pricing of Rs. 10,990. It will be available for buying through retail outlets across the country.
