Vivo Y95 With Halo FullView Display and 20MP Selfie Camera Launched In India

The Vivo Y95 mid-range smartphone has been launched in India. The device was launched in the Philippines earlier this month. Read below to know what this device has in store for us as well as the pricing and availability.

Technical Specifications:

On the front, the Vivo Y95 features a 6.22-inch Halo FullView display with a 88.6 percent screen-to-body ratio. The device has a waterdrop notch on the top. The back of the phone houses a physical fingerprint scanner. The Y95 has a gradient design which looks elegant. It ships in Starry Black+ and Nebula Purple colour variants.

In the camera department, the Y95 is equipped with a dual camera at the back comprising of 13+2MP sensors. It is accompanied by an LED flash for low light conditions. Upfront, there is a 20MP snapper backed by AI capabilities. It comes with several features like face beauty, portrait mode, AR stickers and HDR. For additional security, the front camera also offers a face unlock feature.

Coming to the internals, the Y95 is the first phone to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 chipset. It is coupled with 4GB RAM. The device packs 64GB inbuilt memory expandable up to 256GB via a microSD card slot. The Y95 runs Funtouch OS 4.5 based on Android 8.1 Oreo. A 4,030 mAh battery keeps the phone running.

Pricing & Availability:

The price of Vivo Y95 is set at Rs 16,990. It will be available across online platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm and the Vivo e-store, as well as offline retail stores. Consumers purchasing the device online can avail no-cost EMIs up to 15 months on debit, credit and Bajaj Finance EMI cards. Paytm users will be eligible for for Rs 1,500 cashback. Reliance Jio users can avail benefits worth Rs 4,000 along with 3TB data on purcashing the device.
