The Vivo Z1 Lite is the latest Vivo phone to go official in China. It has arrived as a toned down version of the Vivo Z1 phone that was announced earlier this year. Like the Vivo Z1, the Lite variant also features a notched display and a dual camera setup.
Vivo Z1 Lite Specifications and Features
The Vivo Z1 Lite features a glass rear and it measures 154.81 x 75.03 x 7.89mm. The dimensions of the phone are very similar to the Vivo Z1 handset. It is equipped with a 6.26-inch IPS LCD display that produces Full HD+ resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels. The notched screen offers an aspect ratio of 19:9.
A Snapdragon 626 chipset is present under the hood of the device. The SoC of the phone is supported by 4 GB of RAM. The internal storage of the phone is 32 GB. The handset comes with a microSD card slot for expanding storage. A rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and face unlock are the two biometric recognition features of the smartphone.
The Vivo Z1 Lite has a 16-megapixel selfie shooter which resides in the notch of the phone. There is a vertical dual camera system on the rear shell of the device. It includes a primary lens of 16-megapixel and a secondary sensor of 2-megapixel.
FunTouch OS 4.5 UI based on Android 8.1 Oreo comes preinstalled on the Vivo Z1 Lite. The smartphone features a 3,260mAh battery. There is no fast charging support on the device. It is a dual-SIM phone with connectivity features such as 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, microUSB 2.0 and a 3.5mm audio jack.
Vivo Z1 Lite Pricing
The Vivo Z1 Lite is now available at a price of 1,098 Yuan (~Rs 11,400) in China. The handset can be bought in colors like Red, Black and Aurora (gradient hue). The Chinese manufacturer has yet to confirm on the availability of the smartphone outside of the home market.
