Vodafone Idea (Vi) has introduced four new prepaid plans for its subscribers. These include Rs 155, Rs 239, Rs 666 and Rs 699 plans. The telecom operator had hiked the prices of its prepaid plans last month.
The newly announced plans will give more recharge options to subscribers. Notably, post tariff hike, the popular affordable plans had become expensive. The new plans are already displayed on the telecom operator’s website as well as on its mobile app.
Vodafone Idea launches four new prepaid plans
The four new prepaid plans launched by Vodafone Idea are already live on the website and mobile application and users can start recharging with the packs. Check the table below to know what each plan has to offer.

As seen in the above table, all newly introduced plans offer unlimited voice calling. The base Rs 155 plan comes with 1GB data for a period of 24 days. The slightly costlier Rs 239 plan is also valid for 24 days but offers 1GB data daily along with 100 SMS. Meanwhile the Rs 666 recharge plan offers 1.5GB data per day and 100 SMS. It also provides a host of other benefits like Binge all Night, Weekend Data Rollover, access to Vi movies and TV and Data Delights. The Rs 666 pack is valid for 77 days. Lastly, the Rs 699 recharge pack offers 56 days service validity and 3GB data per day along with the same benefits as the Rs 666 plan.
It’s worth noting that the newly introduced plans might clash with other plans that fall in the same price range.
