Xiaomi 12 series global launch seems to be drawing near. As it is known, the Xiaomi 12, Xiaomi 12 Pro, and Xiaomi 12X flagship phones were announced back in December 2021 in China. It was recently reported by MySmartPrice that the Xiaomi 12 lineup will be heading to global markets in February end or early March. Now, the same publication is back with a new report to reveal its pricing, variants, and colour options for the international market.

Xiaomi is expected to confirm the Xiaomi 12 series launch date for global markets later this month. Rumours have it that the Xiaomi 12 trio will also be released in India soon.

The latest leak reveals that the Xiaomi 12X will come in two variants such as 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage in the international markets. These variants are likely to be priced between €600 (~Rs 51,200) and €700 (~Rs 59,750). On the other hand, the Xiaomi 12 will also arrive in the same variants as the 12X. They are likely to cost between €800 (~Rs 68,300) and €900 (~Rs 76,800), respectively.

The Xiaomi 12 Pro is tipped to come in configurations like 8GB RAM + 256GB storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage in the international markets. These models are likely to cost between €1,000 (~Rs 85,350) to €1,200 (~1,02,412).

Xiaomi 12 series India launch (rumoured)

It is speculated that the Xiaomi 12 series could be heading to India soon after its global launch. The Xiaomi 12 and 12 Pro have been spotted at the BIS certification site in India, which indicates that these devices could be heading to India. The Xiaomi 12X is yet to appear at BIS, but a recent report revealed that it will be released in India in 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variants. It may carry a sub-Rs 40,000 pricing and come in purple, blue, and grey colours.

The Xiaomi 12 has a 6.28-inch AMOLED FHD+ 120Hz display with an in-screen fingerprint scanner. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 powered device ships with LPPDR5 RAM, UFS 3.1 storage, and a 4,500mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging. It has a 32-megapixel front-facing camera, and a 50-megapixel (main, with OIS) + 13-megapixel (ultrawide) + 5-megapixel (telemacro) triple camera unit. The Xiaomi 12X is powered by the Snapdragon 870. The rest of its specs are identical to the Xiaomi 12.

The Xiaomi 12 Pro features a 6.73-inch AMOLED QHD+ 120Hz screen with an in-display fingerprint sensor. It is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, LPPDR5 RAM, UFS 3.1 storage, and a 4,600mAh battery with 120W rapid charging support. It is fitted with a 32-megapixel front-facing camera, and a 50-megapixel (main, with OIS) + 50-megapixel (ultrawide) + 50-megapixel (telephoto, with OIS) triple camera unit. The Xiaomi 12 series runs on Android 12 overlaid with MIUI 13.
