Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro are expected to launch by next week in China. Recent reports have spilt a lot of information about the Xiaomi 13 series. However, none of them has revealed the memory configurations of these devices. Pricebaba has collaborated with reliable tipster Ishan Agarwal to share exclusive information on the RAM and storage configurations of the Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro for the Chinese market.
Previous reports have revealed that the Xiaomi 13 will be a compact flagship, whereas the Xiaomi 13 Pro will be its larger version. Both devices will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. Without further ado, let us have a look at the variants of the Xiaomi 13 series.

The Xiaomi 13 will arrive in four variants: 8GB RAM + 128GB storage, 8GB RAM + 256GB storage, 12GB RAM + 256GB storage, and 12GB RAM + 512GB storage. Our source revealed that it will be made available in a limited edition colour option.
However, there is no additional information available on it. Speaking of colour variants, recent reports have revealed that the device will come in shades like Distant Mountain Blue (leather back), Wilderness Green (glass back), Ceramic Black, and Ceramic White.
We also confirm that the Xiaomi 13 Pro will also come in configurations, such as 8GB RAM + 128GB storage, 8GB RAM + 256GB storage, 12GB RAM + 256GB storage, and 12GB RAM + 512GB storage. Xiaomi has confirmed that the Xiaomi 13 series will be equipped with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. However, the 128GB variants of both phones will have UFS 3.1 storage.

Rumours have it that the Xiaomi 13 will have a 6.36-inch E6 AMOLED FHD+ flat display, whereas the Xiaomi 13 Pro will have a 6.73-inch E6 AMOLED Quad HD+ screen. Both phones will have a 32-megapixel front camera. The vanilla model will have a 50-megapixel (main) + 12-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 10-megapixel (telephoto) triple camera unit on the back panel.It will house a 4,500mAh battery with 67W fast charging.
The Xiaomi 13 Pro will have a 50-megapixel (main, Sony IMX989) + 50-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 50-megapixel (telephoto) triple camera unit. It will pack a 4,820mAh battery with 120W fast charging. Both devices will offer common features like 50W wireless charging, an under-display fingerprint scanner, and MIUI 14-based Android 13 OS.
