Xiaomi 13 Pro India and global launch date has been officially confirmed. Xiaomi has confirmed that it will unveil the Xiaomi 13 series in both markets at 9:30 pm during the Mobile World Congress (MWC 2023).
While India will receive the Xiaomi 13 Pro, the company will launch both the vanilla and the Pro variants in global markets. The specifications of both models are already known since both phones debuted in China in December 2022. The Snapdragon 8 is Gen 2-powered. The Xiaomi 13 Pro will rival the likes of the iQOO 11 5G and the OnePlus 11 5G in the global market.

Xiaomi 13 Pro specifications (rumoured)
The Xiaomi 13 Pro has a 6.73-inch LTPO AMOLED panel that offers a Quad HD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and Gorilla Glass Victus protection. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2-powered device is available with up to 12GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage.
The 13 Pro runs on Android 13 OS and MIUI 14. It has a 32-megapixel selfie camera and a rear-mounted triple camera unit featuring a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS support, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel telephoto camera with 3.2x optical zoom.
The smartphone packs a 4,820mAh battery that supports 120W wired and 50W wireless charging. The device offers other features, such as an IR blaster and an under-display fingerprint scanner.
In comparison, the Xiaomi 13 has a 6.36-inch OLED FHD+ display and a 4,500mAh battery with 67W charging. The rest of its specifications are identical to the Pro model.
Xiaomi 13 Pro price in India
The Xiaomi 13 Pro will succeed the Xiaomi 12 Pro, which was priced at Rs 66,999 at launch. Hence, it appears that the 13 Pro could be priced under Rs 70,000 in the country. As per a recent report, the company may also announce a new laptop this month, which could be a rebadged version of the RedmiBook 15 Pro, this month. The Xiaomi Notebook Pro Max and Notebook Ultra Max laptops are expected to break cover in February.
