Xiaomi has announced its Black Friday sales offer for customers in India. Black Friday is no longer an event restricted to the western markets and it no longer starts on Friday. The pandemic has upended even the traditional festivities aimed to boost sales for retailers.

Xiaomi Black Friday sale is being held from November 26th to November 29th and it brings the usual host of deals and discounts. There is a discount on Redmi smartphones, true wireless earbuds, fitness tracker and other ecosystem products. Here is a look at top deals from the company.

During the four day sale starting tomorrow, Xiaomi is offering discounts on Redmi 8A Dual, Redmi 9i, Redmi Note 8, Redmi 9 Prime and Redmi Note 9 Pro. The lack of Mi models here seems like a missed opportunity. The Redmi 8A Dual will be available from Rs 6,999. The price seems to be for the 3GB RAM variant with 64GB storage, which launched at Rs 8,999 in India.
The 4GB RAM variant of Redmi 9i with 128GB storage is getting a marginal discount of Rs 300. The smartphone was launched at Rs 9,299 but will be available for Rs 8,999. The Redmi Note 8, one of the best-selling smartphones in the Redmi Note series, is available for Rs 11,499. The price is for the 4GB RAM variant with 64GB storage.
To recall, the Redmi Note 8 (review) was launched at Rs 9,999 in India last year. However, the GST rate hike forced the company to increase the price of this device. In July, the smartphone received a price hike for the fifth time, increasing the price by Rs 2,500 since launch. After this price hike, Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage was available for Rs 12,499. One can say that Xiaomi is offering a Rs 1,000 discount on the device during Black Friday sale.
Xiaomi Redmi 9 Prime (review) with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage was launched at Rs 11,999 but is getting a Rs 1,000 discount. It will be available for Rs 10,999 during the sale. The Redmi Note 9 Pro with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage is also getting a Rs 1,000 discount. It will go on sale for Rs 14,999 for the next four days.
Xiaomi Black Friday Sale: deals on true wireless earbuds
If you haven’t already purchased a true wireless earbuds then now would be the right time. Xiaomi offers four different models across its Redmi and Mi brands. The Redmi Earbuds 2C is getting a discount of Rs 200 while Earbuds S is getting a Rs 100 discount. Both the true wireless earbuds will be available for Rs 1,299 and Rs 1,699 respectively.
Xiaomi Mi True Wireless Earphones 2C was launched at Rs 2,499 but was offered at an introductory price of Rs 2,299. Now, the introductory price is returning for Black Friday sale. The Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 (review), the first TWS earbuds from the company in India, is available for Rs 2,999. It was launched at Rs 4,499 earlier this year, which translates to a Rs 1,500 discount.
