Xiaomi Civi 3 has been spotted on Geekbench. The Civi 3 s expected to debut on May 30th, 2023, in China. It will be a female-focused smartphone that will be capable of capturing top-notch selfies like its predecessor, the Xiaomi Civi 2 from last year.
Xiaomi has already confirmed that the Dimensity 8200 Ultra chipset will power the Civi 3. On Geekbench 6, the device appeared with model number 23046PNC9C. The listing reveals that it has 12GB of RAM and Android 13 OS. In the single-core and multi-core tests, the Civi 3 scored 1148 and 3356 points, respectively.

The Xiaomi Civi 3 rumours have revealed that it will have a 6.55-inch OLED panel that offers a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen will have curved edges and a pill-shaped cutout, which will house a 32-megapixel main selfie camera and a 32-megapixel ultra-wide lens.
The device will be equipped with an OIS-assisted 50-megapixel Sony IMX800 main camera. There is no information available on the auxiliary cameras of the device.
The SoC of the Civi 3 is likely to be paired with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. The top-of-the-line variant of the device is likely to ship with 512GB of storage. It will arrive with a 4,500mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging. The Civi 3 will run on MIU 14-based Android 13.
The Xiaomi Civi 2 was rebranded as the Xiaomi 13 Lite in the global market. Hence, there is a possibility that the Civi 3 may get rebadged as the Xiaomi 14 Lite in markets outside of China. At present, there is no word on whether the Civi 3 or 14 Lite will be released in the Indian market.
