While the teaser doesn’t reveal any details about the upcoming Mi TV, the tweet mentions ‘The Bigger Picture’ suggesting that the TV will pack a large screen. Currently, the Mi LED TV’s are sold in 43-inch, 49-inch, and 55-inch screen sizes. This means we can expect a 55-inch variant or larger to launch in India. Xiaomi’s Mi LED TVs in India run on Android with PatchWall UI on top.
There is no word when the new TV will be launched in India, but we expect it to be soon. We will keep you updated when the launch happens.
In recent news, Xiaomi also slashed the prices of its 32-inch TVs in the wake of reduced GST rates. The Mi LED 4A 32-inch is available for Rs 12,499, while the 32-inch Mi LED 4C Pro retails at Rs 13,999.
