Chinese consumer electronics brand Xiaomi is further deepening its presence in India with the launch of three new accessories. Two of them being upgrades to existing Mi products whereas one completely new product has been launched.
The accessory launch lineup includes the 2nd generation upgrade to Mi Wi-Fi repeater, which was expected given that Mi Router 3C was launched a few months ago in India. Mi’s Power banks get a worthy upgrade too, with the launch of 2nd generation models. A completely new Mi Bluetooth Speaker Mini has also made its way into the Indian market.
Mi Wi-Fi Repeater 2

The setup process is seamless and can be done through Mi’s Home app by following a convenient 2-step procedure. The Mi Home app can also help you with troubleshooting Wi-Fi issues. Up to 16 devices can be connected through the repeater. It can connect to a power supply via USB and up to 180 degrees of rotation adjustments can be made for better convenience.
It is priced at Rs. 999 and is available to buy exclusively on Mi’s official store starting today i.e., June 20th.
Mi Bluetooth Speaker Mini
There is a growing audience for Bluetooth speakers in India and Xiaomi plans to capitalize on it. The Mi Bluetooth Speaker Mini is aimed at good sound and maximum portability. It looks well built and is pretty small in size. The speaker sports a minimal design and is available in 2 different colours – Gold and Grey. It claims to provide higher energy efficiency and a stable listening experience owing to the CSR Bluetooth 4.0 technology. Even the calling experience is said to be better due to the presence of CVC 6.0 noise reduction technology.
The Mi Bluetooth Speaker Mini is priced at Rs. 1,299 and will be exclusively available on Mi’s official store starting today i.e., June 20th.
Mi Power Bank 2
The first generation of power banks by Mi were a huge success and they are now giving these power banks an upgrade. The same two models of 10,000 mAh and 20,000 mAh are continued. These newly launched power banks have now got two USB ports which allows to charge two devices simultaneously, both of which support fast-charging. Fast charging was also supported in Mi’s Power Bank Pro, which was launched earlier. Mi has also made these portable chargers slimmer by increasing the battery density.
Mi Power Bank 10,000 mAh is priced at Rs. 1,199 and the 20,000 mAh variant is priced at Rs. 2,199. Both of which can be bought from Mi’s official store from today i.e. June 20th. The Power Banks will also be available on Flipkart and Amazon starting July 7.
