There have been several leaks and rumours about Xiaomi’s Mi 10T series. The lineup is expected to include a standard Mi 10T, Mi 10T Pro and Mi 10T Lite. The Mi 10 Lite 5G that was launched in March this year starts at £349 (~Rs 29,200) for the base variant. Based on Xiaomi’s tweet, the upcoming offering is speculated to be the Mi 10T Lite. Xiaomi already offers phones with Snapdragon 765G and 768G processors, both of which are 5G compatible. So it’s likely that the Mi 10T Lite could be powered by Qualcomm’s unannounced Snapdragon 775G processor with support for 5G connectivity.
There are not many details about the Mi 10T Lite, but we expect the device to come with same or slightly toned-down specifications as the Mi 10 Lite apart from the processor. Meanwhile, the Mi 10T Pro had recently surfaced in live images. The device is rumoured to be powered by a Snapdragon 865 SoC and feature a 144Hz display. The leaked live images reveal a Vivo X50-like rectangular camera module with 108MP sensor. The smartphone may come with a side-mounted power button and a 5,000mAh battery unit. According to Ishan Agarwal, the Mi 10T Pro is also tipped to launch in India.
We expect Xiaomi to share more info about its upcoming Mi 10T series in the coming days.
