Xiaomi Mi 10T, Mi 10T Pro with 144Hz displays and Snapdragon 865 launched in India: price, specifications

In September, Xiaomi held a global launch event to announce the Xiaomi Mi 10T, Mi 10T Pro, and Mi 10T Lite. Today, the company held an event in India to announce the Mi 10T series. While the Mi 10T Lite hasn’t been launched here, the standard and Pro models have landed in the country.

The Xiaomi Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro feature 144Hz punch-hole displays. They are flagship devices powered by the Snapdragon 865 mobile platform. These phones come with big batteries that are coupled with fast charging technology. The Mi 10T sports a 64-megapixel triple camera system, whereas the Mi 10T Pro sports a 108-megapixel triple camera setup.

The Xiaomi Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro are flagship phones with 144Hz refresh rate displays

The Xiaomi Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro feature 6.67-inch IPS LCD displays with full HD+ resolution, a 20:9 aspect ratio, MEMC support, HDR10, and an adaptive refresh rate of up to 144Hz. Both phones are fitted with side-mounted fingerprint sensors and the also support AI face unlock. The Mi 10T duo have Gorilla Glass 5 protection on their front and rear.

The Snapdragon 865 mobile platform power both phones users with up to 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 128GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The phones run MIUI 12 atop Android 10. Like the Mi 10, these phones are Tier 1 Android phones, which means they come with the default Android apps for dialer, messenger, browser, and more instead of Xiaomi’s own apps. These phones are backed by 5,000mAh batteries that support 33W fast charging.

The Xiaomi Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro have 20-megapixel front-facing cameras with f/2.2 aperture. The selfie camera offers features like HDR, night mode, screen flash, AI scene detection, AI beautify, AI portrait mode, 120fps HD slow-motion shooting, and 30fps full HD video recording. The Mi 10T’s rear-mounted triple camera system has a Sony IMX682 64-megapixel main camera with f/1.89 aperture and 10x digital zoom support, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide lens with a 123-degree field-of-view, and a 5-megapixel macro lens.

The Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro’s triple camera system has the same ultrawide and macro lenses that are found on the vanilla model. The camera setup is headlined by an OIS-assisted 108-megapixel Samsung HMX lens with f/1.69 aperture. The rear cameras of the Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro offer several features such as HDR, Pro mode, raw mode, night mode, AI scene detection, AI studio lighting, AI skyscapping, Google lens, up to 960fps full HD slow-motion video shooting, and up to 30fps 8K video recording

The Xiaomi Mi 10 and Mi 10T are 5G-ready devices that offer connectivity features such as dual-SIM support, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, dual-frequency GPS, NFC, IR blaster, and USB Type-C. The Mi 10T duo is fitted with dual super linear speakers and it comes with Hi-Res audio support. These phones lack support for microSD card slots and a 3.5mm audio jack.

Xiaomi Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro price in India

The Xiaomi Mi 10T variants such as 6GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 128GB storage are priced at Rs 35,999 and Rs 37,999, respectively. The MI 10T Pro comes in a single version of 8GB RAM + 128GB storage that is priced at Rs 39,999. Both phones come in Cosmic Black and Lunar Silver colours.

The pre-orders of the Mi 10T series begin at 11:59 PM on October 15th through platforms like, Mi Home, Mi Stores, Mi Studio, and Flipkart. The launch offers for the buyers of Mi 10T series include up to Rs 3,000 cashback, up to Rs 2,000 additional discount on exchange, up to 12 months of no cost EMI, and up to Rs 500 off on using Flipkart Super coins.
