Xiaomi has expanded its range of televisions with the launch of the Mi Full Screen TV Pro in its home market of China. The brand’s latest offering in this segment has arrived as a flagship TV that supports 8K video playback. The Mi Full Screen TV Pro comes in three screen sizes – 43-inch, 55-inch, and 65-inch. Just like the earlier Xiaomi TVs, the new TV is also powered by the company’s PatchWall AI smart TV operating system and has the XiaoAi AI assistant.
Xiaomi Mi Full Screen TV Pro specifications and features
The Mi Full Screen TV Pro sports a premium design thanks to an aluminium alloy middle frame, a metal base and a 3D Kevlar design at the back. The TV flaunts a nearly bezel-less design with an aspect ratio of 97 percent. All three screen size variants of the TV sport 4K UHD displays, HDR 10 support and a 9th-gen image processing engine. The device is powered by a 1.9GHz Amlogic quad-core 12nm processor, which has been jointly developed by Amlogic and Xiaomi.
Moving on to the other features, the Mi Full Screen TV Pro sports 2GB of RAM and 32GB of native storage. The TV has stereo speakers, DTS audio, and Dolby Audio to provide an immersive media experience. For connectivity, you get dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, three HDMI ports, two USB ports, and an Ethernet port. The TV also has an AIoT smart interconnection feature, which can display information from IoT devices, remotely control them, and support voice controls.
Mi Full Screen TV Pro price
The Mi Full Screen TV Pro’s 43-inch model has been priced at RMB 1,499. The 55-inch and 65-inch variants will cost RMB 2,399 and RMB 3,399 respectively. The TV is available to pre-order in China starting from today, and will go on sale from September 27th. There’s no word on the global availability of the Mi Full Screen TV Pro at the moment.
