The Mi Note Pro (2015) and Mi Note 2 (2016) were the flagship devices in Xiaomi’s lineup. Xiaomi had announced the Mi Note 3 in 2017 as a mid-rang phone and the company didn’t release a successor last year. Earlier this year in June, Xiaomi CEO said that the Mi Max and Mi Note series won’t be getting new models.

Now rumours suggest that Xiaomi will announce the new Mi Note smartphone later this month. Twitter user @TechytMr shared a photo of the upcoming smartphone’s retail box revealing the name as Mi Note 10, a big jump from the Mi Note 3. However, the retail box doesn’t reveal any specifications.
Apart from the Mi Note 10, Xiaomi is expected to launch the Mi CC9 Pro later this month. The Mi CC series which includes the CC9 and CC9e was announced in China back in July. The Mi CC9 Pro is rumored to sport a 108MP camera sensor and be powered by Snapdragon 730G gaming processor.
It’s unknown whether the Mi Note 10 will arrive as a mid-ranger or a flagship smartphone. We expect more details to surface online regarding the device.
