Xiaomi has added another product to its accessories lineup. The company has announced the third generation Mi Power Bank 3 in its home country and will go on sale starting from January 11th. It has been priced at 199 Yuan (~Rs 2,000).
The power bank has been dubbed the Mi Power Bank 3 High Edition/Pro. It packs a high capacity 20,000mAh lithium polymer battery. As seen in the picture, the power bank is similar to its predecessors in terms of design. It is available in a Black color. The main highlight of the Mi Power Bank 3 includes three USB ports out of which two are regular USB-A ports. The third is a USB Type-C port with supports a maximum output of 45W with fast charging capabilities. The power bank also features two-way fast charging. Besides mobile phones, users can also charge their laptop as an added convenience.
The Mi Power Bank 3 can be fully backed up in 11 hours with a 10W adaptor. The device reaches full capacity in 4.5 hours using a 45W adaptor.
There is no word on the pricing and availability for the Indian market yet. Xiaomi currently sells the Mi Power Bank 2 globally. Going by the features of Mi Power Bank 3, we expect it to hit the Indian markets as well.
