Xiaomi has released a new smart television called the Mi TV 4X 55-inch 2020 Edition in the Indian market. The new Mi TV has arrived just in time for the upcoming Black Friday sale from the company. The brand’s latest TV flaunts a 4K HDR screen panel and the Vivid Picture Engine for an immersive media experience. Just like the previous offerings in this segment from the brand, the Mi TV 4X 55-inch 2020 Edition also comes with the company’s PatchWall 2.0 user interface, and is powered by Android TV OS. The PatchWall 2.0 UI of the TV provides more than 700,000 hours of content.

The Xiaomi Mi TV 4X 55-inch 2020 Edition flaunts a 4K HDR panel with a resolution of 3,840 x 2,160 pixels and a wide-viewing angle of 178-degree. The TV has a screen refresh rate of 60Hz and a response time of 6.5ms. It features two 10W speakers and Dolby audio technology to provide solid sound output. The new Mi TV is powered by a quad-core Amlogic Cortex-A53 processor, which is accompanied by Mali-450 MP3 GPU, 2GB of RAM, and 8GB of storage. For connectivity, the TV has dual-band Wi-Fi, an Ethernet port, two USB 2.0 ports, and three HDMI ports.

The Mi TV 4X 55-inch 2020 Edition’s PatchWall 2.0 UI comes with Netflix, Hotstar and Prime Video streaming services along with over 16 content partners. The TV also offers seven live news channels across seven languages and features like Google Assistant and Google Data Saver. Notably, the remote control of the latest Mi TV has dedicated buttons for Netflix, Prime Video, and Google Assistant.

The Mi TV 4X 55-inch 2020 Edition has been priced affordably in India at Rs 34,999. The new TV from the brand will go on sale from December 2nd on and Amazon India, apart from the Mi Home stores across the country.
