Xiaomi teases Mi Watch Revolve in India, to launch alongside Mi Band 5 on September 29th

Xiaomi is hosting a “Smarter Living” event on September 29th where it’s expected to launch a series of new IoT products in the country. The brand has already confirmed that it will launch the next-generation Mi Band 5 in India at the same event. Now, the official Twitter handle of the brand has confirmed that the event will also witness the launch of a smartwatch by the brand.

The images shared in the tweet reveals a smartwatch with a circular dial, which confirms the arrival of the Mi Watch Revolve, which is expected to be a rebranded Mi Watch Color launched in China earlier. Notably, this will be the first smartwatch from the brand in the country.

The tweet shared by the brand takes a dig at the newly launched affordable Apple Watch SE. However, it doesn’t confirm the product name. The event is expected to see the launch of several IoT related devices as well.

Xiaomi Mi Watch Color specifications and features

The Mi Watch Color is fitted with a circular dial housing a 1.39-inch AMOLED display with 454 × 454 pixels screen resolution. The watch comes with WearOS-based MIUI and is compatible with Android 4.4 or higher and iOS. It features 5ATM water resistance rating and Xiaomi claims that it can work normally even in temperature conditions as low as -10-degree Celsius.

Coming to the fitness features, there are 10 different sports modes including swimming, treadmill, running, and cycling, to name a few. The watch also offers  24 x 7 heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, and fitness tracking. The watch draws its power from a 420mAh battery, which is claimed to last up to 14 days.
