Xiaomi Announces ‘Guaranteed Next-Day delivery’ On Mi.Com Across 150 Cities In India

Xiaomi has announced its intention of providing ‘Guaranteed Next-Day Delivery’ in 150 Indian cities for Rs 49. The offer is only applicable to the company’s official online store, Mi.com. Users can now get over 90+ products within 24 hours of ordering them from Xiaomi’s website. However, consumers will need to place their order by 3pm to avail this fast delivery option.

This ‘Next-Day Delivery’ option is available on weekdays till Friday. Public holidays and weekends would not be covered in the scheme. In addition to this, users can’t avail the service while exchanging products. It is only applicable if a consumer orders a new Xiaomi product within the above-mentioned time limit of a weekday. The faster delivery option will be available soon and Xiaomi has also promised a refund the charges for Express Delivery if the product doesn’t arrive on time.

In 2018, the company introduced the Express Delivery option in Bengaluru for specific smartphones and pin codes. Users in Bengaluru can avail the benefits of this service between 9 am and 4:30 pm and the scheme isn’t available on Sundays. However, unlike the ‘Next-Day Delivery’ service, Xiaomi hasn’t asked for any extra charges from Bengaluru consumers for Express Delivery.

This move by Xiaomi is targeted at increasing sales through its official store while e-commerce websites like Amazon and Flipkart are already providing fast delivery. What do you think of this service? Let us know in the comments section below and stay tuned to Pricebaba for more updates.
