Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 7 Pro in India in February this year. Initially, it was available in 4GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB configurations. Today the company has announced a new variant of the device. It now comes with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage and sits between the base and higher variant. The price of the new variant is set at Rs 15,999. It will go on sale at 12pm tomorrow on Mi.com and Flipkart. Airtel users can avail 120GB 4G data and unlimited calling on purchasing the device.

The new Note 7 Pro variant comes with the same specifications as the other two variants. The device features a 6.2-inch display bearing an FHD+ resolution and waterdrop notch. It has a glass back panel with gradient design and can be availed in three colours – Neptune Blue, Neptune Black and Space Black. Both the front and back are layered with Gorilla Glass 5 panel on the top.
The Redmi Note 7 Pro is equipped with a Snapdragon 675 processor coupled with 6GB RAM. It offers 64GB onboard storage with support for a microSD card slot. The device is backed by a 4,000mAh battery unit with support for 18W Quick Charge 4.0. Out of the box, the Note 7 Pro runs on Android 9 Pie with MIUI 10 skinned on the top.
The Redmi Note 7 Pro sports a dual camera setup comprising a 48MP main Sony IMX586 sensor. It is accompanied by a 5MP depth camera. Up front, the device features a 13MP selfie shooter. The Note 7 Pro is also capable of recording 4K videos at 30fps.
The Redmi Note 7 Pro is now available in three variants. The base variant is priced at Rs 13,999 while the top-end model costs Rs 16,999.
