Xiaomi Smart TV 5A to launch in India next week

Xiaomi is teasing the Smart TV 5A as #YourCompleteEntertainmentExperience. As per the teaser, the television has thin bezels with a slightly thick bottom chin that has Xiaomi branding in the centre and also an LED indicator below it. The upcoming TV is said to come with a vivid display and powerful audio for an immersive experience. The Xiaomi Smart TV 5A will feature a premium and seamless finish.

Internally, the Xiaomi Smart TV 5A is confirmed to be equipped with an ARM Cortex-A55 processor.

Apart from this, the microsite doesn’t reveal any additional information about the Xiaomi Smart TV 5A. We can expect the television to be a budget offering and run on PatchWall UI on the top of Android TV. It will compete against the likes of OnePlus TV Y1S, Realme smart TV, and others in the market.

We will know more details about the Xiaomi Smart TV 5A at the launch event next week. As for the Xiaomi 12 Pro and Xiaomi Pad 5, both devices have already debuted in the global markets, so their specifications are already known. The Indian variant of these devices are expected to be identical to their global counterparts.
