A Chinese leakster who goes by the name Kumato Technology recently posted a set of images and leaked information on Chinese microblogging website, Weibo. The specs and images reportedly belong to the upcoming smartphone Xiaomi X1.
As per the images, the Xiaomi X1 is said to sport a dual rear camera setup. The handset is supposed to get a metal unibody design with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. The phone is shown in the images to place both power button and volume rockers on the left edge.
Talking about the specs, the device is rumoured to put on a 5.5-inch Full HD display with a resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels. Under the hood, it will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 660 chipset. As per the reports, the phone is supposed to come in two different variants. The top variant will get a virtually bezel-less display, 6GB of RAM and multiple storage options among 64GB and 128GB. The other variant comes with the regular display, 4GB of RAM and the same storage options of 64GB and 128GB.
Looking at the images and specs-sheet, we can’t confirm anything at this moment. So, it is advisable to take this information with a pinch of salt.
