Japanese smartphone maker Sony has launched the new Xperia XA1 Ultra in India. The phone carries a price tag of Rs 29,990 and is available for purchase through Sony Centers and major retail stores across the nation. It comes in three colour options – black, white, and gold. As the launch offer, the company is also offering Quick Charger worth Rs 1,490 for free along with the device. Additionally, users will also get three months of free subscription on Sony LIV app and Rs 1,000 off on purchase of XA1 Ultra with Style Cover Stand.
Design-wise, the Xperia XA1 Ultra comes with ultra thin edge-to-edge display allowing the screen to stretch all across the whole front panel. Talking about the specs, the XA1 Ultra puts on a massive 6 inches Full HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The main highlight of the phone is a 16-megapixel front facing camera which also supports OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) and smart selfie flash. It packs in a 2,700mAh battery backed with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0. The company claims the bundled charger to charge the phone from zero to 60 percent within 45 minutes with a USB Type-C port.
Apart from these specs, the phone features a 23-megapixel rear camera with Exmor RS sensor, Hybrid Autofocus, and a LED flash. Under the hood, it is powered by an octa-core Helio P20 processor coupled with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The device runs Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the-box and come with all standard connectivity features such as 4G LTE, WiFi 820.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, and NFC.
