Zebronics, the company known for manufacturing smartphone accessories and peripherals has launched a new power bank today. The power bank goes by the product name of ZEB-PG20000PD. In today’s age where our smartphones are becoming battery hogging machines and struggle to last over a day, power banks have become a necessity to carry.
This offering from Zebronics packs in a massive 20,000 mAh worth of juice and can top off a smartphone like the Redmi Note 4 four times before running out. Speaking about its ports(which are abundant), the power bank feeds through a 2A micro USB input port. The device charges up your phone or smart device either through a USB 3.0 or USB 2.0 port through which you can connect the cable connector applicable to your phone. In addition to the two large sized ports, the power bank also has a USB Type-C port through which it can be charged as well.
On the front, there is a display that is integrated into the power bank which can display the exact percentage of charge left in it. The display is also capable of displaying the voltage at which the power bank is charging. Speaking of voltage, the device can discharge at three different current levels: 1.5A, 2A, and 2.1A as per the device capability that is connected to the power bank.
The usual set of safety measures are also integrated with the device which includes short circuit protection, overcharge and over-discharge protection and short circuit protection at the input/output terminals.
Zebronics will ship the device in a single white colour variant and is up for grabs across retail stores in the country. This offering from Zebronics will set you back Rs 4,799, which may be a bit too pricey, even for its large capacity. Xiaomi, on the other hand, is offering a similar capacity power bank for less than half the cost.
