Indian cell phone maker Ziox recently added a new offering in its current smartphone lineup: the Astra Colors 4G. The key attraction, it packs a mammoth 4,000mAh Lithium battery that Ziox claims to last “much longer.” Smartphone brands that are focused primarily on the entry-level segment do not always make big battery phones. However, there were some exceptional cases in the entry-level segment such as the Xiaomi Redmi 3S, which has a big 4,100mAh battery.
Specs-wise, the Ziox Astra Colors 4G sports a 5-inch (12.7cm) 720p IPS display with 294 PPI pixel density and 2.5D curved glass layered on top of it. Powering the smartphone is a 1.3GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, and 8GB of expandable storage. In terms of cameras, it houses a 5-megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash. On the front, there is a 5-megapixel secondary camera for selfies. The phone runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.
The Ziox Astra Colors 4G comes with 21 Indian languages and multilingual Phonebook. That aside, it also has an SOS feature for emergency calling. The phone supports VoLTE (Voice Over LTE) so that it can operate on Reliance Jio network. What’s more, it also supports ViLTE (Video over LTE) for video calling.
