Chinese handset maker Zopo has added a new phone to its Color lineup – the Zopo Color F2. Zopo had an event scheduled in Mumbai this year where it unveiled its new phone in India. Previously, Zopo launched two phones in its portfolio of “Color” devices in the country such as Color F1, Color C3, and Color F5. Zopo is apparently looking compete with already-established Chinese brands such as Xiaomi, Vivo, and the likes on Indian soil.
This is what the Zopo Color F2 has to offer: It comes with a 5.5-inch HD IPS display. Furthermore, the display is covered by 2.5D Curved Glass. The smartphone is powered by a 64-Bit MediaTek MT6737 quad-core processor coupled with 2GB of RAM. However, we are yet to confirm its clock speed. The device further embraces 16GB of internal storage that is expandable up to 64GB through microSD card.
On the camera front, the Zopo Color F2 features an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash. The camera is also combined with a 5-megapixel front shooter for selfies. The Dual-SIM Zopo Color F2 is based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. The smartphone keeps up with a 2300mAh battery. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/g/b/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and microUSB.
Interestingly, there is a fingerprint scanner mounted at the back which is multifunctional. Meaning, it allows users to control video, audio playback, and more. Available in Champagne Gold and Rose Gold colour options, the Zopo Color F2 is priced at Rs 10,790 in India. The device will go on sale in retail stores across India starting tomorrow (November 9th).
